Delete your driver account
Last updated September 27, 2026
This page is for drivers who use the LoadSignal Driver app. If you signed in with your phone number, you have an account with us, and you can delete it yourself at any time. Deleting it takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
From the app
Open LoadSignal Driver, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. Confirm on the prompt. Location sharing stops, you are signed out, and the account is gone. You can sign up again later with the same phone number; it starts as a fresh account.
By email
If you no longer have the app installed, or the deletion fails, email support@getloadsignal.com from any address and include the phone number you signed in with. We will text that number a one-time code to confirm it is yours, then delete the account and reply when it is done, normally within a few business days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in. The phone number can no longer open the app until you sign up again.
- The name you entered in the app.
- Notification registrations for every phone you signed in on.
- Any location updates still waiting to send from your phone.
What your dispatcher keeps
LoadSignal Driver works loads that a broker or carrier dispatched to you. Those loads, the arrival and departure times you marked, the route your location drew while a load was active, the BOL and POD photos you sent, and the messages you exchanged are that company's business records, the same as if you had phoned them in. They stay in that company's LoadSignal account under the driver entry their dispatcher created for you, which holds the name and phone number they typed. Individual GPS positions are deleted on our 30-day schedule either way; see the privacy policy.
To have that company remove or correct its records about you, ask the company directly. If you cannot reach them, email us at the address above and we will pass the request on.
