Changelog
Last updated October 25, 2026
What we shipped, month by month. Early-access customers get each change as it lands.
October 2026
- The LoadSignal Driver app is live on the App Store and Google Play.
- The app link in a driver's text opens the right store on their phone, and the load shows when the link was opened.
- Assigning a driver to a ready load sends it to them right away.
- The driver chat shows whether each message went in the app or by text, and flags any message that did not go out.
- The load map shows which way the truck is heading.
- Time past free time at a stop is drafted as a detention claim for your review, with the trip record attached.
- If a rate confirmation can't be read, you can still finish the load by hand from the same screen.
- Faster boards and maps for large operations.
September 2026
- Customer milestone emails: arrived at pickup, left pickup, arrived at delivery and delivered. Drafted for your approval by default.
- A carrier tracking link emailed to a load attaches itself, or waits for review when it conflicts with a working link.
- More ELD share links are supported.
- Driver replies are read and checked against the truck's GPS before a status change is proposed.
- Multi-stop loads show every stop on the map, with the route through them.
- Loads created after pickup start where the truck really is.
- Rose Rocket sync brings in each manifest as one load.
- Samsara connection for carriers, in Beta.
- The driver app speaks English and Spanish.
- Trip records: every stop's GPS arrival and departure next to the driver's tapped times, as a PDF.
- Detention billing: a rate on the customer or the load, one claim per stop, on the invoice packet.
- Alerts go to the people watching a load.
- The Chrome Companion shows a load's truck, ETA and alerts beside your TMS page.
August 2026
- Track & Trace Operator: rules that follow up when a driver hasn't accepted a load, a truck goes quiet or an ETA slips, with escalation to the right people.
- Samsara and Motive ELD connections, in Beta, with the driver's remaining drive time shown when you assign a load.
- Bulk load import from CSV and Excel with column mapping, including spreadsheets that arrive by email.
- Add a carrier by MC number on a load or an import.
- Saved facilities with address search when you create a load.
- Drivers and dispatchers can attach photos to a load's message thread.
- The whole operations app works on a phone.
- First builds of the native driver app, with onboarding in English and Spanish.
July 2026
- The loads board, load page and dispatch, with a live fleet map.
- Drivers accept loads, mark each stop and upload the BOL and POD from their phone.
- Driver location sharing with the driver's consent, for the length of the load.
- A customer tracking page you can share for each load.
- Alerts for loads at risk, checked continuously in the background.
- Rate confirmation import from PDF.
- Two-way texting with drivers, and an email address for every load.
- Distance and ETA to the next stop, routed on roads.
- Settings for your thresholds, automation rules, users and roles, and message templates.
