Driver text messages

This page is for truck drivers. If you received a text about a load and want to know who sent it, what it is for, or how to stop it, everything is here.

Why you got a text

You were dispatched a specific load by a freight broker or carrier that uses LoadSignal to track its freight. The text is about that load and nothing else. We do not send marketing, offers, or load boards, and we never text anyone who has not been assigned a load.

What we send

There are four kinds of message, all of them about the load you are on:

• A location link. Tapping it opens a page where you choose whether to share your location for that load. You decide on that page, and you can stop sharing at any time.
• An app link. An invitation to install the LoadSignal driver app, where you can see the load, share your location, and photograph your BOL and POD.
• A check-in. Dispatch asking for your status or ETA, usually because the tracking has gone quiet.
• A paperwork reminder. A prompt for the signed delivery receipt before the deadline in the load agreement.

You can reply to any of them. Replies go to the dispatcher handling your load.

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies with the load, usually a few texts per load. LoadSignal does not charge you anything. Message and data rates may apply from your own mobile carrier.

Stopping the texts

Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop. You will get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START if you want them again, or HELP to get our contact details.

Stopping the texts does not affect your load, your pay, or your standing with the broker. It means dispatch will call you instead.

Where your number came from

The broker or carrier that dispatched you entered your mobile number when they assigned the load, so that they could reach you about it. That is the same number they would call. We do not buy, rent, or collect phone numbers from anywhere else, and we do not sell or share your number with anyone for marketing. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

If you believe you were texted in error, reply STOP or email us and we will remove your number.

Who we are

LoadSignal AI is freight track-and-trace software operated by Nick Squared LLC. Brokers and carriers use it to follow their loads. The company named in the text is the broker or carrier you are hauling for; LoadSignal is the platform sending on their behalf. The terms that govern these messages are in our Terms of Service.
