Cookie Policy
Last updated September 12, 2026
LoadSignal uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies, set by our sign-in provider, Clerk, to keep you signed in and to protect your account. We don't set advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't run a cookie consent banner, because there's no optional or non-essential cookie use to ask consent for.
What's actually set
- Session and authentication cookies (Clerk), which keep you signed in between page loads and verify that requests to your account actually come from you. These are required for the product to work; there's no way to use LoadSignal without them.
What we don't use
- No advertising or ad-retargeting cookies.
- No third-party analytics cookies.
- No cross-site tracking of any kind.
Your theme preference (light, dark, or system) is stored in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, and never leaves your device.
We use cookieless Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. Early-access attribution keeps the current marketing visit's source in page memory and attaches it to your request when you submit. It does not set a cookie or use local or session storage. See our privacy policy for the fields collected.
If that changes
If we add analytics or any other optional cookie in the future, we'll update this page and add a consent mechanism before that cookie is set, not after.
Managing cookies
Because the only cookies we set are required to keep you signed in, blocking them through your browser will prevent LoadSignal from working. You're always free to do that through your browser's own settings.
